1. Inspection & Diagnosis
We assess valve condition—checking for leaks, corrosion, seat wear, stem damage, or actuator failure.
2. Disassembly & Cleaning
The valve is dismantled and thoroughly cleaned to remove scale, rust, and process residue.
3. Component Evaluation
Seats, seals, stems, discs, and actuators are inspected for wear, scoring, or deformation. Pressure ratings and tolerances are verified
4. Repair or Replacement Damaged parts are machined, lapped, or replaced with OEM or equivalent components. Seals and gaskets are renewed.
5. Reassembly & Calibration The valve is reassembled with precision. Actuators are calibrated, and manual or automated controls are tested.
6. Hydrostatic & Functional Testing Each valve undergoes pressure testing, leak checks, and operational verification to meet industry standards (e.g., API, ANSI, SABS).
7. Documentation & Delivery A full service report is provided. Valves are painted or coated (if required) and returned ready for safe, reliable operation.
